We had a painless experience with Laura all the team of people at Amy W Osborne law office to prepare our legal documents! Everything was explained very clearly! We’re not legally oriented so the language was sometimes challenging but they always were very patient with us without the arrogance one may see with some lawyers! We were treated with respect by everyone we encountered! They are wonderful people and professionals! I’m very grateful we found them!

I do not recommend this firm for trusts. Our attorney quit in the middle of the process. The owner sent drafts that were wrong. We showed up to sign everything and they were still incorrect. We had to wait a month to get corrected documents because the owner was out of town. The staff were very apologetic and great through the process and the pawyer Vito was the best part of the experience!

We were in office to have documents done through our work. Attorney Osborne was very disrespectful to staff. We heard her yelling at them to get out. Very disappointed to hear and see a professional treat young employees that way. The staff was very nice and seemed embarrassed by her actions. Veeto the Paw Attorney was very sweet and our daughter loved him.

I was referred to the Osbourne firm via a service that SAS provides it's employees for discounted legal service, as revising my will was recommended to me by our financial advisor. The process was smooth, efficient, and fairly priced. I would not hesitate to use the Osbourne firm in the future for any legal, estate planning needs. As a bonus, they have an "Office Dog" named Vito that is cool as can be, and you know only good, trustworthy people have dogs in the office.
