My experience with Mr. NIETO and his team was very smooth. He gave me great advice and guided me throughout my first closing. He answered all my questions and spoke both English and Spanish. He was easy to work with and I am already recommending him to my friends and family.

My family and I have worked with Mr. Nieto when buying and selling our house, and both experiences have been great and very easy going with him. He was very professional and honest all throughout the process and kept us informed with anything that may be changing. He was available to answer my phone calls most of the time but when he was not, Ms. Doris was available to do so whom was always very nice and willing to answer any questions or have Mr. Nieto contact us at a later time. During both our closings he always explained every document that we were signing. We recommend Mr. Nieto and his team 100% If you are looking for a professional and honest law practice.

We closed on a new home yesterday with the help of Mr Nieto and his assistant Doris. Doris was on top of everything from emails to phone calls considering the Real Estate Agent that we had barely kept us in the loop. Doris was there to answer any of our questions. On the day of closing, Doris left a beautiful message on a sticky note pasted onto a folder provided by Mr. Nieto with our closing copies & Congratulating us on our new home. A beautiful touch. Furthermore, Mr Nieto took his time explaining what documents I were signing as you have no time to read everything. I trust Mr Nieto’s firm entirely as you should with anyone representing you. Closing was a breeze with Alex. He caught an issue the title company missed. Highly recommend.

I write this review on behalf of my parents in law (Vargas) who worked with Mr. Nieto during the closing to sell their business (expensive transaction!). This lawyer treated them without respect, he was arrogant and didn't provide sufficient details during the process. It was almost impossible to get him on the phone or even to get a call back after leaving messages. The worst part was his attitude (upset) when they requested information and status for final transactions. Please consider other options before requesting his services.
