Watch out this is the first law office who will change their words after paying them and will be against you when your the victim on the case and not try to even defend you in court Cesars simply told me good luck convincing the judge when at the beginning he said that’s an easy case till I paid him I went to this law office and Paid them for a service they never filed properly. And it took them 8 months to get a court date and when you call them to check up they will speak with you with no manners, they will take your money and try to charge you for even more very disappointed and all they want is your money. They will take the money and not do their job. Very bad service.

This attorney Cesar is the worst attorney I ever met. He over charged me. He lied in the court by sending wrong information to the judge by me since I disagree with his over charges. He refused to give my money back that he never attended in the child support. He also refused to appear in the divorce case because he is demanding for money. He refused to give my original documents unless I signed on a paper he gave.. I have attached the proof below.

I want to share my experience with Cesar at “Law Offices of Ahmed & Gonzalez”. At the beginning everything seem ok that’s what happens when you’re naive to how the family court works. You think it’s ok until it’s not. The more I understood and started to ask questions I was treated in a very condescending way, he never follow up after court appearance no email or a phone call or any kind of information whatsoever. He missed one of my court dates and told me that he had asked the court to be adjourned and then advise me to not appear in court, “big mistake”that put myself at a very bad situation. This review is based on my own personal experience with this firm. I hired Mr. Gonzales to represent my child support case in the Bronx county family court. In the first initial consultation "side note" that he charges $100 for, he basically made mention of numerous tactics and strategic actions that could be taken on my case. His fees are outrageous by the way! Shop around! Virtual court appearances from the comfort of his office are $850.00 per appearance. Easy money! The first virtual appearance he preformed like a champ. Disappointed in this service … contracted Mr.Gonzalez to represent my husband in court and he decide on the day of the court date to cancelled and advise us not appear or reschedule (mind you any rescheduling should be done 5 days prior to , also this date had been set since July ), his excuse was he had another case and he forgot to cancelled with us . As an business owner I understand thing happen but you must have an organized system to stay Up to date.
