Very unprofessional. I called to ask a question and he was very rude and said very hurtful things about my case. I understand lawyers don’t care about feelings and just want their payment and to be done with their job. However, you cannot talk to potential clients in such a cold and disrespectful way. At the end of the day, you are working with people and should work and put more effort into being more personable. For the amount lawyers get paid, the least you can do is work on your people skills. 0/5 stars.

I will acknowledge that Mr. Aguiano and his staff are tough. But if we are all sincere, this is what we want . I had a very difficult case going on for three years, and Mr. Aguiano successfully helped me throughout my case. I was told by many others that my case was beyond belief, I lived through it and managed to come out of my case with success. Several lawyers were hired in my case from the opposite party yet I stuck to one that stood by me and guided me the whole way through. Admiring someone’s personality is big. I agree I am one to go with compassion and kindness with everything I do. He knows what he's doing. I needed help badly recently. I am a single mother with little to no help and it has been a 4 year struggle with my ex and his new partner, with them basically making all coparenting decisions in a 2 against 1 dynamic. I came to him to help make things more comfortable. He knows the law and he helped me get my voice heard. He was available for consult at almost all hours of the day. He got back to me quickly if I left a voice mail. It was nice having someone on my side for once and I can't thank him enough.

DO NOT HIRE HIM. This lawyer is unreliable, DISRESPECTFUL, late, and untrustworthy. He takes advantage if there is a language barrier. My aunt hired him to represent her during her child support hearing and not only did he lie about how much my aunt makes, he also lied about how often her son’s father picks him up. He attacked my aunt HIS CLIENT saying he wasn’t going to leave her son’s father with no money when he makes twice as much as she does. Her baby is disabled and he couldn’t be bothered to fight for more money. Instead of relaying the information she gave him to the judge, he told her to tell him herself knowing she doesn’t speak English. Rude and threatened her asking what she’s going to do about it when she confronted him for lying.

The best attorney I have ever met honest, inteligent, fair and knows what he is doing regarding the law. He helped me beat a restraining order. He put many hours 40+ hours of investigation and worked on 4rth of July 2017 with me in his office which is a HOLIDAY which I will for ever be grateful for to him.
