I would not hire him to represent you. He doesn't get approvals when you need to see a doctor. I moved from Delaware to California. When I moved his representation for me just disappeared. I had been needing him to get an approval for me to see an orthopedic doctor and he failed to get it for three (3) years. When I confronted him about it and told him I was trying to come back to Delaware to talk face-to-face about his poor and almost no representation since I moved he sent me a letter stating he was no longer representing me anymore. This was after having him as my attorney for eight (8) years. After he receives payment for a settlement he just doesn't want to work for you anymore.
