I hired Wes Hammit for representation for a criminal defense case dealing with probation, I paid and never heard back, I called multiple times in multiple months but all I got was “we’ll call you back” but never heard back, the case was dismissed/closed no thanks to him and I called multiple times to see if I could get a refund for inadequate representation but for some reason I can’t get anyone one the phone, if you value your freedom or any case I do not recommend him, he will just take your money and basically disappear

Wish I could leave a zero star seeing as my brother has been in there for a year and hasn’t even gotten his sentence and his lawyer is an absolute joke to get a hold of!!!

If you go to Wes Hammit's web page in the "about us" section you'll see a stock photo of pleasant professional men and women in business attire. I didn't see those people at his office. His staff, though entirely absent from the staff section of his web page--he writes about himself instead, were quite helpful. But back to Wes, his attitude and demeanor were more like Saul from Breaking Bad, and entirely unlike anything you'd expect in a professional setting. He wore hiking shoes and casual clothes while shifting around like a disinterested high school student, at one point slumping in his chair after I tried to get a question in thereby taking more than 5 minutes of his time. Please don't consider this guy supposed to be representing my son I've called for almost two months he hasn't returned my calls and he hasn't spoke to my son yet and he go to court in a couple of weeks and he been locked up since December facing serious charges looks like we'll be looking for someone elses services dont put your time or family on the line with this guy sad
