I'm a care provider for an elderly, disabled man. We chose to hire him because of reviews in here, but Mr. Garza disappeared with our deposit and won't return calls. Mr. Garza promised to do an amicable partition but never at least bothered looking or contacting all siblings for the matter. He is playing games, and if you are in the same position, please contact me so that we can join forces.

If I could put ZERO stars I would absolutely horrible service and so unprofessional! My gf went to him for legal services she PAID him $500 and he then disappeared with absolutely no communication with her whatsoever after she paid. Do not recommend him at all.

Victor helped me with a real estate issue. He explained our situation in simple and helpful matter. I was so pleased with the experience I came back when I needed help with a business contract. Definitely recommend him!

If I could I'd give 0 stars. This man took our hard earned money $500 dollars promising to help us with a land purchase. We spoke 2-3 times and suddenly we couldn't locate him anymore. He did not answer or return messages. His secretary was of no help. Stay away. He needs to return our $500 dollars.
