I didn't want to do this but they pushed me to it. If I could I wouldn't even give them one star because how rude and they are VERY VERY unprofessional people including Sarah, Which is the main one. She never returns any voicemails or emails. Never has an answer to anything I ask about my child case. Its been months now since I asked a simple question about my calls with my son and have yet gotten a answer back on that yet. I have spent right at $3,000 and Jack hasn't done hardly anything for my family case. It's like they take your money and run and don't care about the situation you are in atm. Sarah is very rude and snobby individual. Jack is very rude as well and has no compassion towards others. Hope this helps others out. Stir clear from this place and hire someone who actually cares

Agreed to take my case, told me to bring all the documentation to him. I did, they would not return my calls or let me know anything about what was going on. After calling and calling for six weeks he finally send word he can't take my case because of his work load. He knew his work load before he told me to bring the papers to him
