Please abstain to hire Sylvia and her office. They are completely unprofessional and careless. They lack integrity and communication skills to manage their cases. They are very good to collect their fees and get paid, but also to cut the communication with their clients and leave them in limbo. One of these days, I received a phone call from her saying that I had to present myself in court right away. I freaked out because I hired her two years prior to represent me, but she was late for my case in court that day. They never addressed the situation until it now. I was in shock when I heard the fees and the penalties I had to pay after all that mess. Please be aware of their malpractice!

They reach out infrequently and often provide only partial information, leaving you in the dark about the bigger picture.
