Steve is a fantastic real estate attorney who has been practicing in NYC for many years. He's a wealth of information, knows just about all other local real estate attorneys and local agents which allows him to advise on all related issues confidently. I have used him for a purchase years ago and both a sale and purchase more recently. Despite some seller related issues both times, Steve was able to expertly navigate to help resolve the issues and most importantly, got the deal done! If you are purchasing or selling in NYC, I'd recommend him highly.
