Initially, I was impressed by Jennifer and her assurances, and paid $400.00 for a legal letter to be sent within a few days due to time-sensitivity. I requested specific information from him via email and phone messages, requested that he look over previous correspondence to understand the case, and never heard back. A week later I finally received a rough draft on a Friday, meaning that even if I approved it, it would be going out 11 days after retaining him, far too late already.
