If I could give a negative 5 I would!! We were friends until she took my sons case. I never knew how unprofessional she was!! He paid her 12k and is still in jail under her misuse of his case. She says she will go see him and doesn't then won't answer any calls!!! Never choose a "friend" to represent then find out they are the worst lawyer ever!! It's time to call the lawyers board n get his money back. I am sooo over Sheryl Guinn!!

I am not personally working with Sheryl; however, my mother is. She paid Sheryl for a service, but as of now, it seems that the work has not been started. I have attempted to contact Sheryl multiple times, but no one answers the phone, not even a receptionist. Additionally, Sheryl has not maintained communication with my mother regarding the service or provided any timeline for completion. While I am uncertain if her caseload is overwhelming, it is clear that she needs to either delegate the work to another lawyer or refund my mother’s payment. Her lack of communication and responsiveness is unprofessional. If you are in need of a lawyer, I would recommend continuing your search due to Sheryl’s failure to respond or perform as expected.

This review will not adequately express my extreme disappointment of the incompetence and unprofessionalism of my experience with Atty Sheryl Guinn. She was recommended by a mutual friend. I immediately gave her the requested retainer fee for a probate will on 12/18/20. As of July 11th 2022 she has not responded 26 times to emails and phone calls. I have had to call our mutual friend 4 times to literally ask about Atty Sheryl Guinn’s extreme unprofessionalism. Our mutual friend asked me to give her another chance which I did. Out of those 4 times Mrs Guinn Responded twice. On July 11th, 2022 Atty Guinn emailed me to inform me she was so busy and would have to drop me as a client.
