I called to ask about a simple revocable living trust for one condo valued at $60,000. The receptionist quoted me $3,200 plus a $695 recording fee. In my opinion, that’s excessive for something so basic and feels like a way to discourage people who just want a straightforward trust without paying for consultations. I’d suggest shopping around.
