I have not received the appropriate service regarding a real estate transaction in transferring a deed, which was a parcel of land that my recently deceased mother and father were transferring to me..I have called numerous times and have spoken to Chris..My father provided the required documentation, (death certificate and parcel address), and we have been told repeatedly that this will get processed and I will get a call to set up an appointment..This 'call ' has yet to happen, even after I have explicitly asked for a follow-up call..Customer service, esp. from Chris, is unacceptable..This process started mid-July and we are now going into October

Handled the purchase of the house and got everything in order before the date. Very thorough and professional.
