Law Office of Ronald C. Cox

I recently contacted the Law Office of Ronald C. Cox to inquire about having a quitclaim deed notarized. While the receptionist was courteous at first, it quickly became apparent that she was unfamiliar with the type of document I was referencing. She informed me that the office was about to close and would not be open the following day, and suggested I try another office down the street. However, she was unable to provide any specific contact information and advised me to search for it myself. Before I could finish explaining my situation, the call was abruptly ended. I found the experience to be unprofessional and disappointing, especially coming from a legal office.

Ronnie is highly professional, listens to you, is very compassionate and shoots straight with you. He is always on top of your problem with a wonderful staff that are also very professional and yet courteous. I highly recommend Mr. Cox.

I have had to call repeatedly about this case. I have been trying to get answers since October. Each time I call I get a different excuse as to why things haven't been completed. I know he was very ill with Covid, but it's time this was finished.

This lawyer tricked me into going in front of the judge and lie.he made me think he was helping, $2000,later he tells me to pled guilty to charges I didn't even know I had.if any body has any suggestions please contact me
