Law Office of Robert B. Goss, P.C.

Bob represented me and got me from 0% disability in 2013 to 90% disability in 2020. I also got the chance to work for Mr. Goss from late 2013 to mid 2016. I have never met someone that cares as much as he does. The VA often skips paying him, and even after he helps veterans fight and win massive cases he is attacked by the very people he tried to help. The VA is an awful organization and sadly as an attorney trying to help veterans and fight the VA he is often blamed for VA incompetency. One of the nicest, hardest working people I know.

SUPER FUN UPDATE: I fired this firm in September 2019, then filed my BVA appeal. I had an HLR about 18 months later WHICH I DID COMPLETELY ON MY OWN and was granted an increase. This law firm took a percentage from the VA anyway. About 2 years later I had my BVA hearing, AGAIN ALL ON MY OWN. In June I was granted another increase. These snakes accepted $18,000 of my backpay despite having done literally nothing to help me get it. Absolutely criminal. I'll be reporting them to every government agency that will listen. It's disgusting to fraud veterans like this. Only giving one star because I can't give zero. They repeatedly ignored emails and phone calls, I don't mean for days I mean for MONTHS. Always an excuse. Never filed ANY of the new evidence I brought them. Took the ENTIRE year to

Honestly I tried to seek help but, none was given. Have an active case with VA which is to expire soon. Sent all my paper work in as requested and nobody looked at it. Was given a response by email after a few attempts that had nothing to do with my case. Truly disappointed.

Mr Goss did a great job with my disability case. Will and have referred Friends that needed help with their cases.

Picked up saying "law office", when I wanted to ask for some help with a case, the guy who picked up seemed bothered to help me. Yeah, customer service is not their specialty.
