I have known Richard for a few years and have always respected him and his knowledge as a Real Estate Attorney. I was fortunate to work with him at the end of last year. It was a refinance and was smooth because of Richard. Once Richard and the bank were connected via email I got to see the many email exchanges that occurred and I did not have to do anything until a "Survey" was requested. I was not sure what that was or what it entailed and Richard of course knew. He was able to connect me with a Surveyor and made sure it was completed as necessary by the Bank and Underwriters.
