Law Office of Raymond Green

Please beware when hiring this attorney!! We hired Raymond Green to complete our Estate Plan back in the Fall of 2021. Upon our independent review of the Trust (since the Trust was not reviewed with us at signing) we found the trust was not written based on the answers we provided on their questionnaire. The most glaring error was our beneficiaries were not listed correctly. I called and emailed the office for 9 months without any results and finally hired a separate attorney to make the corrections. I have since requested a partial refund from Raymond Green’s office but have not heard back. I have filed a complaint with The State Bar of California and plan to file a small claims case for the additional funds the separate attorney charged for the corrections. This is disheartening because
