Very unprofessional, short and rude. Could care less about the case and my well being due to there not being enough financial gain on their end. Attorney said "a knee surgery is not that big of a deal", I suffered torn ligaments from the incident at the negligent parties facility from a treadmill that was not to be shorting out by staff and maintenance.
