I was not pleased with O Niels services. I had a 9% impairment rating on the removal of my sesmoid bone on my right toe which left me with a permanent disfigurement, O tool didn't even fight for that against insurance company . I wouldn't advise any UPS drivers to use this firm as work comp injury. He takes 20 % from each check awarded.

John Sbarbaro is fantastic. He's brilliant, ethical, and a super-nice guy! He handled my husband's workers comp case , and the end result was quite good, especially considering that the employer was CDOT, whose "risk management" department is a perfect example of the Peter Principle - with a good handful of "rampant evil" thrown in for good measure.
