Aside from the initial meeting which was pleasant everything from there went downhill. Communication only happened after REPEATED contact from either myself or my husband and even then was poor at best. There was much confusion about what was even happening. Rather then fight for us we had to repeatedly request and press for common rights within the worker’s compensation system. I feel strongly like this may be a “back pocket” office and they are more in it to work with certain companies workers compensations divisions, get a percentage for taking the referrals, then make a show but no results, compassion, instruction or care for the injured workers rights they are hired to represent. We hired an attorney because we did not have a good understanding of the worker’s compensation system

Mr Sheedy did not pursue my workers comp claim seriously He refused to review my paperwork, listen to my truthful well documented complaints regarding workers comp injuries,medical needs, Sx etc I had to use my own private insurance for Sx & he didn't even try to make Keenan & Assoc & TCDE be responsible Just out for a quick buck Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
