I would never recommend it. I looked for help and found more problems. They said American lawyers were honest. I hired this office to file my divorce and request pension for my 5-year-old daughter, I explained my complicated situation of abuse and fragile health, and then I turned to Mrs. Valerie. 60 days passed and they did absolutely nothing. I went to court and found out that my case would be dismissed in a few days. After 65 days, the office contacted me via email on a Saturday saying that I had until Tuesday to prepare the new complaint. I went to court and took all measures to remove these pseudo-professionals from my case, which did more harm than good. And they don't want to give my money back. I went to this law firm based upon three recommendations: The Passaic County Bar Association, a PBA Delegate, and the firm's history of properly representing public employees. I met with Valerie Palma DeLuisi several times in regards to issues that arose at work as a public employee. She is very well versed with OSHA complaints, Whistleblower Protection, Civil Service Law and Promotional Procedures. The firm has a great website describing their areas of practice and history. The office was recently renovated and office staff is very efficient with handling questions and appointments.
