Mr. Green represented us in a custody issue with our grandson and we found him to be extremely competent. He was always available to us and even took the time the night before going on vacation to be with us during a CPS interview because he didn't want us going into it alone. Our custody issue is resolved at this time, but I can still call Mr. Green with questions and he responds in a timely manner. We always found Mr. Green to be very thorough and willing to talk through all of our options without putting any pressure on us to sway us one way or another. I'm sure Mr Green is great for traffic tickets and other simple cases that he can handle by sending a few emails. But please don't use him for cases where you expect him spend actual time on your case or to fight for you. Our case was in another county and he only worked on it when he had other business in that county. He pushes clients for the easy plea even if it means lying and pleading to something you didn't actually do. He's judgmental and convicts in his heart based on the one-sided evidence. He would make a terrific prosecutor! But don't use him if you need him to stand for you, to defend you, to believe in you. .

Worst criminal attorney EVER. Mr.Green should not be allowed to practice criminal law. He convinced me to plead guilty to a 1st degree felony that I did not commit. I am mentally ill and he knew it and took advantage of my weakness and mental issues to get out of doing the legal work needed to get me the help I need. I would avoid Mr.Green at all costs. He never once returned any of my phone calls over a 4 month period. He waited 2 months to file a motion to suppress that I told him was time sensitive when I first met him. He ignored my pleas for help and ignored my phone calls for 4 months and then took advantage of my illness during a busy day at court by telling me I wasn't capable of standing trial for a crime I did not commit. He also did a very poor job of explaining possible outcome

Unless you want to throw your money right into the trash, I would not hire Mr. Green! He lacks confidence, knowledge, legal skills, professionalism and he is very tacky and has a weak personality. Other lawyers run right over Mr. Green. Mr. Green fears clients with knowledge and common sense as-well as clients who have a strong personality. In the court room he will leave all the communication and debating up to you as a client and he seemed to fear stepping up to the plate. His legal assistant had several typos in her work. Once they receive your money they no longer care! Mr. Green is by far the worst lawyer I have ever met or did business with!
