Michelle A. Stover was my court-appointed attorney for my first criminal charge, and unfortunately my experience with her was extremely disappointing. My family and I had to repeatedly ask for updates because communication was very limited. Considering that this was my first time ever dealing with the legal system, I expected my attorney to explain things clearly and thoroughly review my case. Instead, I often felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. At one point, my mother tried contacting her office to ask for an update about my case, and we were told that if my mother continued calling, she could have her arrested. I would give a negative review if that was even possible to take the Stars away from this lawyer. She does not listen to her clients, does not even try to listen. She is combative with her clients. Does not even try to understand or get along with her clients. All in all I give her a negative five star review. I would never want this lady representing me.

I would not use her. She doesn’t know all the laws. I used her and paid her up front and ended up firing her and using Lynnette Terry. Sometimes cheaper is not always better. I lost thousands of dollars by hiring her first and no refund for not doing anything for me. Lynette Terry is smart and knows all the laws and very aggressive.

I would recommend people stay as far away as possible. From looking at her building you may think in comparison to other attorneys this attorney would be a bargain, but from the things that she has done, you will be left questioning how in the world could this person possibly have a license.

Awful. Awful. She clearly doesn't even review case files. Always looking for a fight; just NEVER with the DA. Reported to the National Board Association in Washington DC for whatever that's worth. You will lose everything with this woman's help.
