We contracted with Michael Sawka and were satisfied with Mr. Sawka's performance. He was responsive, diligent, timely with paperwork, and guided us through our legal situation with candor and clarity. Mr. Sawka is direct and to the point which, we appreciated. We would use his services again if need be.
Called to speak with this lawyer and he was extremely rude from the very beginning. I told him that I do not have experience with such matters and he was not patient. I answered all questions and i am an intelligent individual so I was able to keep up with the conversation. I can appreciate that he did not think we had a strong case; however after I told him that he may just not be the lawyer for us and thanked him he continued to be aggressive and insist that we not bother persuing. I will be seeking other counsil considering this was the first person I spoke with. Seems to me that if this lawyer needs to work for you he will not want to take you on. Must be cut and dry. Just another lazy lawyer.
