This guy doesn't fight for you he has a terrible attitude which is the last thing you need when you're facing false accusations. Somehow his secretary is every bit as miserable in both tone of voice and body language. You deserve better legal counsel than this guy, he has less than 3 stars for a reason.

Very poor follow up. Once he is paid, you will need to call over and over and over to get the client service that should be expected. Use any other firm to save yourself complete frustration.

The only reason I'm giving him 2 stars is because he did not charge me for his horrible advice and not up to date information. He said lots of false information that I called other places and found the truth about. Specifically guardianship and emancipation. He needs to get up to speed on the new laws and practices and get out of the 80s. But super appreciated that he chose not to charge me for our consultation.

So far he hasn't been any good. My boyfriend filed for divorce with Mr. Perry in August....Mr. Perry last contacted him at the end of August. My boyfriend stopped in the other day and Mr. Perry said he was going to call my boyfriend later that day (he stopped in at 4:30 p.m) as his court date was moved out a month. 6 months and no contact from lawyer. There is a minor child involved and hasn't spoken to my boyfriend about a GAL or the state required parenting class for both parents. Very unsatisfied with his performance right now. Also told my boyfriend divorce would be finalized in November....yet here are January and still have over a month to go and that's if they completed state requirements. His lawyer is NOT on top of what no be done.

If I could use a zero rating I would. Absolutely devastating to waste my money on this attorney. He assumes guilt, and looks to make the worst possible deal. Once the money was paid (in advance), he rarely communicated, was rude, and completely inept. Please keep your money, or plan to spend your time behind bars.
