I needed to evict some tenants on Long Island and my property manager recommended Matt. When I spoke with him the first time, he was very clear about what he offered, gave me a timeline, and a very reasonable price. He has a package for this and it's all-inclusive, which is exactly what I wanted since I live in California. He issued the notice to tenants, was willing to communicate with their lawyer (they didn't have one), and represented us in court when it came to that. He also scheduled the sheriff to come and do the eviction (it didn't come to that). He was easy to get ahold of, easy to work with, and did what he said he would do -- all for a reasonable amount of money.
