I highly recommend Attorney Matt Linn to anyone looking for estate planning. I was particularly interested in enabling my heirs to avoid probate. Atty. Linn demystified this daunting process and erased all the 'what should I do?' thoughts I'd been carrying for years. The fee for my services was a very reasonable and upfront, 'flat rate'. That said, Atty Linn took time to get know me and 'my world' to accurately tailor my documents to meet my individual needs and concerns. He was always positive and friendly. I never, ever felt rushed. I've encouraged several friends, in somewhat similar positions as mine, to meet with him. Those who have followed through, RAVE about their experiences with him and the peace of mind they've also obtained as a result.

Excellent attorney. In particular, absolutely wonderful with elderly and end of life issues as well as wills and power of attorney.

Completely blew us off. Sent him detailed message of our situation and never responded back. Called a week later and he was on phone but had his receptionist call back an hour later telling us he’s not taking any more cases. We were referred to him by a highly prominent lawyer at Quarles and Brady as well.
