Law Office of Mark Finlayson

Had an appointment with Mr.Finlayson today. His receptionist was very welcoming when my wife and I walk through the door. He explained every aspect of the Will and Power of Attorney. I have used the services twice. He charges a flat rate fee so you know how much you're being charged for his services ahead of time. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend Mr.Finlayson. I have used Mark twice in dealing with my ex husband. Mark and Brenda are extremely hard workers, well organized and on top of it. I have loved working with them and greatly appreciate their efforts.

For starters, his assistant is exceptionally forgetful. I had to send her the same information repeatedly despite the fact the information is right there in the files. That actually applies to Mr. Finlayson as well. Exceptionally forgetful and asked questions to which he already had the answers in the files. My adult children were in need of estate assistance and I hired Mr. Finlayson for them. After the initial visit with Mr. Finlayson the kids felt as though he was only dragging things out just to get more money. I'd like to add that just because I was paying for his services for my kids' case doesn't mean he should have been talking to me about their case. They are adults. I recommend you go elsewhere.

Excellent experience. Just needed a simple will and power of attorney created and the price was very reasonable. Very nice and helpful staff and attorney. Didn't take too long to get an appointment and we did a lot on the phone prior to make it faster.

Mark is the worst lawyer in this city. Horrible at taking care of estates! Took total advantage of my mother’s estate and it’s handeling and made havoc out of my family. Do not trust your funds or estate to him! He is ignorant to the law and has no family alliance at all!
