Law Office of Maria Joy Frank

Maria Joy Frank, this is long overdue but 20 yrs ago she represented my grandchildren in a court case that was us, physical custodial grandparents vs the paternal grandparent that we had never even heard of before. I was told by my lawyer, she was a no nonsense but best in the business lawyer. I little intimidating, because she’s heard it all. All I can say is she saved my kids from the unthinkable, being taken away from us. I have always hoped to see her again just to say thank you. The other grandparent never even got a single overnight visit, thanks to Maria Joy Frank. It was unsafe and Mrs Frank saw right through the facade. God bless her and God bless you if you’re ever able to get her in your hour of need.

The best thing that ever happened to me! Maria Joy Frank dedicated her career for over 10 years to my case and I am truly so grateful to have ever met her. If there was one person that believed, felt, and experienced all the pain and suffering with me was her. Truly an amazing woman. I’m forever grateful.

HORRIBLE LAWYER! She was assigned to my case, provided her with very detailed information and she would act like she had no clue what was going on with the case every single time we had an appearance. She kept telling me the judge "would not grant that" told me the judge favors the father and I would not be granted the terms I was looking for. Told me it was in my best interest to settle the case which is of course in her best interest because its another case off her desk. After I insisted I would like a trial so I can speak to the judge she tells me she is not the lawyer to get "what I want out of the case" and another lawyer could do a better job. Honestly never had a court case but she is a sad excuse for a lawyer. Does not advocate for her clients nor does she even care about the case

She did a terrible job representing me. She did not get up and fight she stood in her seat, while the other lawyer stated lies. She was very negative and told me not to fight and just give up. Now I have to pay for another lawyer for an appeal because I was unfairly represented. I needed her to state the facts while she allowed the lies to prevail. Run if you see her name!!!

She is a true disgrace to the legal system.
