This office misrepresented the status of a case to an individual known to me, claiming that her application had been submitted in March 2025. In reality, it was not until she was advised to request a USCIS case number—typically issued on the day an application is filed—that the attorneys began taking action on her case. Each time she contacted the office requesting updates or the case number, her inquiries were repeatedly delayed. She was told she would receive a call back on a specific day, calls were postponed, or her calls went unanswered altogether. Nearly a month later, the firm finally provided proof of filing. Worst service every for immigration services, this law office should be investigated for scamming hard people that come from different parts of the world trying to do things right and properly for petition for family members all they ever do just take your money and tell you that the paper work is in process and after couple months you would think things are getting done but instead they said that the process is finish and scam out of 20,000 it’s not fair my father has been coming to this office for over 15 years and upgraded to 3 different office to tell us now that the paper work got lost in transit to the Colombian embassy and no response just ignore you.
