He’s a pitiful lawyer. Personally & professionally he’s the worst. He don’t care about the truth. He wants his money & then you are stuck accepting what HE thinks of you. He has no desire to pursue the truth. Thank goodness most of Tarrant county knows this about him with the more I’m investigating. I’ll refrain from the vulgar words used to describe him. If he is your public defender, you might as well kiss your family member goodbye. He will not hesitate to work with the prosecution to send his client to the pentiary. Innocent guilty it don't matter he won't defend his client.

Please run away and ask for a lawyer reassignment if you hear this name. Run and help your friend/partner/relative/stranger run away from this lawyer and get assigned for a new one. This will ruin your entire life.

Lex Johnston was my court appointed attorney and he was a blessing I never even got to meet him but he did some kind of court magic and I don't have to do nothing anymore I am free and clear and it was a blessing thank you so much Lex Johnston you are the best

My boyfriend is currently incarcerated and was appointed Lex Johnston as his court appointed attorney.He has yet to go see him and when we called him to talk about my boyfriends case he said that my boyfriend is a bad man and wouldn't even give us his Texas State Bar number.From what I have seen and from what I have dealt with in regards to Mr.Johnston...he has no intention of helping him or fighting for him.He doesn't seem to care at all.This is sad and he should be disbarred.
