I talked to Kelly Koch a couple of years ago when I needed some advice. She was compassionate but firm and to the point in a no nonsense manner. I loved her immediately. When I decided to get an attorney I knew where to turn this time. Kelly is funny, soft, and compassionate in the right moments, but mostly she is there to get the job done. She is intelligent, she knows the law and she is not there to cause drama. She sets firm boundaries, doesn't put up with bs, and gets to the point fast. When I deal with matters of my kids I often can go from zero to 60 in a matter of moments and Kelly was there to keep my crazy in the box and allowed me to keep calm and know she was in control. Kelly is simply amazing. In my experience, Kelly didn’t take any crap from anyone, not even me. The Staff is amazing, they know what they are doing. For someone like me that has never gone through this, it can be nerve wrecking. All types of questions come up and they are just a phone call away. They do their best to explain, some things are just difficult to explain but they unravel during the process. Kelly, knows her law and doesn't deviate from it. Everyone starts to create scenarios and she brings you back to reality and doesn't do "what if's". I’m deeply disappointed to share that my experience with Kelly Koch was far from what I expected or needed during a very vulnerable time in my life. From the beginning, there were concerning signs during our first in-person meeting, she repeatedly answered phone calls, making it difficult to have a focused and productive conversation. I had paid a $2,000 retainer and an additional $350 from our initial phone consultation, expecting professionalism and committed representation.
