Karen is great, she helped me when my son was injured and did an amazing job. Karen is very easy to talk to and a very compassionate person. I can only speak from my personal experience and I fee she did a great job. I did notice a few poor reviews on here and all I can say is you can't make everyone happy all the time, you can only make some of the people happy some of the time.
