Law Office of Karen E. Gunkel

Ms. Gunkel was delightedly referred to us by a friend of ours. How fortunate it was to have her set up all that was needed to be done when our final days come to being. We have property in Florida and she suggested us to get a lawyer there since they are more familiar with their laws. We did and then met with her.She was pleased with the paper work we brought and made us at ease that it was done correctly. She, patiently and clearly,explained any and many many of our questions. Now, all that's left , is to finally tell our kids and give them copies of all our papers. Karen has represented me on numerous deals, some pretty tough foreclosures and short sales, and one deal that wouldn't of happened without her. She is my go to real estate attorney for questions and concerns always there to help me take on a new project.

This should be zero stars. I called Karen regarding a POA and HCP for my husband. She insisted that she do them for both of us even though I did not want that. However I made an apt. For a sat.. I confirmed this apt. On the Wed. Before my apt.I then called other attorneys that agreed to do as I asked for $100. Karen wanted $350.I c xl my apt. 48 hours before my apt. I have now rcvd. A bill. Never wasI told there was a fee if I c xl. I cannot be responsible for her filling out forms before she saw me.

Karen was so wonderful to work with ! I would highly recommend her ! She is very knowledgeable and caring as well .
