Before hiring this law firm I had seen multiple immigration lawyers who refused to take my case, I had lost all hope!! I see a lot of bad reviews over Jose Hernandez’s attitude or whatever you want to call it. The fact is I had hired Carlos Cruz from another firm , they dragged their feet and gave you all kinds of false hope. Several years pass and a lot of money and my case seemed to go nowhere. I had called around and spoke to many firms and I was recommend to law offices of Jose… we came in and sat down. What I liked about this place, they will tell you straight up if you have a chance or not. They won’t take your case and give you false hope if they feel like they can’t help you. He definitely helped me. I see a good amount of bad reviews over their attitude, this isn’t McDonalds. It’s a law firm. They have a ton of clients and so swamped. I definitely recommend this place.
