My experience with Jonathan was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure that the transaction to obtain my mortgage went smoothly. He was quick to notice any details in my contract that would not be favorable to me and work to immediately have them removed. My outrage became his outrage and I think that he represented me well. He has a wealth of knowledge in the industry of real estate/ real estate law and his rates are more than fair (almost silly) for the amount of work he puts in on behalf of his clients. He is a quality attorney. If I had to chose one area where Jonathan excels the most as an attorney, it’s an area where most attorneys are lacking: constant communication. Unprofessional foreclosure and loan restructuring law office. Extremely poor customer service, rude and dismissive reception staff, and lack of transparency around fees. Billing felt deceptive and charges were not clearly explained upfront. Communication was inconsistent and deadlines were unclear. Overall experience raised serious concerns about fairness and ethics. I would not recommend working with this firm for foreclosure defense or loan modification services.
