Jonathan is an absolutely amazing attorney. The reviews don't do him justice. He really took the time to explain the bankruptcy process for me and asked that I take some time to consider before filing. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something. I felt like he cared.

Not only is Mr. Augusta an outstanding attorney, he's a good man. He's been very helpful, calming, and patient with me throughout the entire process. If I ever had to go through this again (and I pray that I don't lol), I wouldn't second guess giving him a call.

Despite having a degree in creative writing from Northwestern. He is mediocre at best. His focus is not law and your best interest. His focus is partying and girls. He will never ever ever respond back to you. Please, take my advice. Check him out thoroughly. Check out his misconduct charge. Talk to people. Do your own background check on him. Not his criminal background but his personal one. You will be surprised at the things people try to hide. It's your right to do so. It is in your best interest to. Don't give him a penny. Go to some other attorney. He will scam you. He knows it. Others know it, of this we swear. Don't be fooled. Go on social media and spread the truth about him. We will.
