I spoke with their paralegal Susan this afternoon regarding my autistic brother and our application for Medicaid and SSDI, and I have pages of notes from this exceptionally kind and thoroughly helpful person, a flowchart to follow, finally. The entire Medicaid/SSDI application process has been a daily frustration-o-mat, with multiple new and idiotic problems dispensed onto our plates every day, as apparently anyone in this situation knows, but it has to be experienced to be believed.
