Absolutely terrible at communication and doing what she tells you she will do. I was under the impression from both the assistant Sarah and the lawyer Jennifer that my charges had been dropped and I was clear and good to go. When I went down to pick up my money from the clerks office for my cash bonds, I was told that one of my charges was still on my record and I would not be receiving that money back. I am now unable to get into contact with Jennifer to figure out what’s going on, and I have called in multiple times. I finally reached the assistant Sarah, who acted like she had no idea what was going on with my concerns. Told me they was gone take my boyfriend we agreed on the down payment waited a week before his court date to change up everything and basically she couldn’t represent him … never met the lawyer , she never emailed my boyfriend back , she moves very slow and everytime you ask Sarah something only thing she can do is note it lol don’t waste ur money

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this law firm is, Jennifer is a top-notch lawyer but more than that she honestly cares about her clients and their families.
