Visited with Jason Ebacher with some questions on an existing Irrevocable Trust. Jason answered our questions, but pointed out some weaknesses in the existing trust that did not protect the assets as we had intended. The original was not prepared by an estate specialist, likely causing the missteps. We worked with Jason to prepare a new Irrevocable Trust that we now understand and that should protect our assets in the future; an easy path thru which we were well informed.
