I was referred to this law firm by a family member after my father passed back in December. I was told the lawyer that would be taking my case would be partially retiring but was more than happy to take my case and get me appointed administrator of my father’s estate. I had to call them constantly for updates after sending them what they said they needed from me as I would hardly ever get any calls from them. I was told this would take a while so I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently for an update on any sort of progress made on my case. I called a few weeks ago and was only told then that the lawyer I was working with fully retired and I would be working with the lawyer replacing him. I Andrew Carney lost my Mom at 76yrs old barely a year after retirement of 55yrs in the health field, on Father's Day weekend of 2021. A month or so later receive documents to be signed by myself Andrew Carney being the only child was left "a car, interest in her house, and all the rest, residue, and remainder property, of whatsoever kind and nature, and whatsoever situate or being, which I hearby devise and bequeath to my son, Andrew T. Closing attorneys for real estate. Unprepared for the closing the paperwork was not complete. The attorney that showed up did not know what was going on. Would not recommend this firm to anyone. If there was negative stars to check they would all be checked. Stay far away.
