Not the lawyer I was told he was. Doesn’t keep cliients up to speed on the situation. Very vague! Told me about his tractor being stuck ?? I could not care less! Failed me and my son tremendously! He may need to stick with simple stuff like Wills. No good for family court!

In 2011 I was arrested for suspected DUI in Moody, AL. I retained Mr. Guy C. McCombs’s III as my legal representation because he came highly recommended among the community. I talked with him several times and met with him in his office once before court. He assured me that my case would be dismissed, stating that he personally knew the judge and have had thousands of DUI cases that all get dismissed. On the day of my court, I was again reassured by Mr. McComb’s that my case would be dismissed. Upon entering the court room there were several cases ahead of mine, after a few minutes I was called up for my case.
