He kept filing for motions to return to court at a later date because he doesn't represent well, he's not efficient, loses paperwork, and overall offers very poor representation. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Fred mcatee and his team. I had a extremely bad battle with my case that took over a year to complete. They made sure to contact me and see how I was doing when I was going through the worst time of my life not being able to see or talk to my daughter for about 6 months. This attorney advised me to let my son now 18 move out of the state of California to Arizona just the judge would see that I’m looking for my sons best interest. For 12 years I got to see my son once a year to the point that we don’t have a relationship anymore since he’s dad poisoned he’s mind.
