Does not fight for the interest of the client. A normal person without much law knowledge does not receive the legal advice most beneficial to them. They’ll just try to make money as quick as possible, even if it means there’s a bad outcome for the client. Does not keep client’s information confidential. Casually advice the opposite party about the issue, even without their lawyer. Also over charge you for services. Document made does not have any official, professional layouts. It’s very unreliable and not trust worthy. Seems so sketchy, do not recommend. Avoid at all cost, don’t make the same mistake I did.

This law office is terrible and extremely shady!!! My father does not speak English well so he dealt with the wife of Frederick J. Day, Mrs. Duyen Day, who is herself Vietnamese. My father was told by this office that he had entered into a package deal for the two immigrant visa applications for my two half-sisters. However, every few months, my father was informed that he owed more money, a couple more thousand dollars, for "new" application processes. Why did he have to pay more money if this was supposed to be a package deal? Furthermore, when my siblings and I found out regarding the exorbitant amount of money my father was spending on these visa applications, we contacted the office asking for them to produce a detailed bill outlining what exactly they were charging him.
