We paid Atty Bjornson around $14K to represent a family member in a divorce case and he didn't file anything, only attended 1 online hearing, didn't create any legal strategy, provided no legal guidance, did not argue the respondent's questionable testimony or accusations, and acted against the best interest of his client by contacting the opposing party's attorney and suggested they file a form just before a default order would have been placed. Then he turned around and billed my family member for his time while he conspired with opposing counsel. IMO, he failed to advocate for his client's interests, neglected critical legal action, acted unethically, and has many administrative errors. My family member did better when they represented themselves. Atty Bjornson is still withholding fund
