I met Emily at an event where she was talking about the importance of a trust. I had always believed that because my assets all had my daughter as the beneficiary, I didn't need one. I learned at that event that I really did. When my parents needed me to take over as trustee of their trust, I asked Emily to review it as it was decades old. She spotted a couple of things that needed updating. I also set up my own trust at that time. She and her staff were great to work with. The trusts are done. I feel confident that I am doing the best with my parents' assets and my own. I would highly recommend her for estate planning and her special education in taxation of estates.
