As an attorney, it's crucial to treat all clients with respect and professionalism regardless of their background. Making judgments or assumptions based on ethnicity is unacceptable and goes against the ethical standards expected in the legal profession. When I approached attorney Habib with regard to condo closing he first asked if I am Bengali and when answered no he hesitated but then agreed to represent me in closing. However, when inquired which Title search company he would use he responded you can find your own one & later suddenly message me that he won’t represent me.
