My experience with Mr. Torres has been nothing less than spectacular. He was always quick to respond to my inquires and made the experience of going to court seamless. I would recommend anybody who needs to stand up for their rights as a parent to hire Eddie. He is a tenacious, meticulous and attentive attorney. I've called a few times over the course of the last two weeks, looking for the retainer fee refund after the services were rendered with Mr. Torres and his team, he did well thus far on his attention to the case, we can appreciate that. My only concern is, I'm still waiting for my refund as this case didn't go a far as Torres expected and we're not getting much information in terms of a timeline. The office staff seem pleasant and answer calls, but have no idea about my refund. Not sure if I'm being charged just because I call for my refund either. I did pay $515 for consultation, and another $4600 roughly for retainer and Torres had this case for a few weeks. Torres did submit to court a document on our behalf and now that is done, we're looking for closure.

Just putting this out there. Would probably have had a better chance if running the case on our own than hiring someone and paying them to do it. Lazy and never asked the right questions. Constantly saw him speak with the opposing attorney to where we had no information of what was being said or talked about. He represented my husband a few years back and did not work up a good case for us. The worst!! Hard to get ahold of, wouldnt return calls but when it came time to pay up, for sure they would be dialing. Please SAVE YOUR MONEY! YU ARE BETTER OF Representing yourself. At least if you lose, you wont end up having to pay for loosing. Seriously!

Absolutely unprofessional, malpractice is tje waybthey operate, his paralegals are acting as lawyers. They also ignore you for a week and just semd you tje bill after you have to go to another lawyer to do the job you hired them to do.

My soon to be ex husband has Mr. Torres as his divorce attorney and refuses to answer any question from me. He has told me to reach out to his attorney for any questions. Every time I call the receptionist is very rude and "writes down my information" Yet I have never received a call back. I have been trying to get this divorce situated for the past 8+ months. At mediation court the lawyer never informed them that his client was Spanish speaking only which made us wait various hours for a bilingual mediator and had to spend all day in court. Since he seems to quickly respond to google reviews maybe he will finally respond to my calls/ emails. Edit: So how was it that at the beginning we discussed matters a few times?
