I highly recommend Attorney Dawn McCauley and her law office. She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to her clients. My custody case was extremely complex, and she approached it with integrity, patience, and a long-term strategy focused on what’s best for my children. Ms. McCauley handles multiple cases across several counties, and while she can’t drop everything to answer every call, she always follows through and gives each case the attention it deserves. Dawn is a beast!!! She will fight for u and get u the best results… I’ve looked at the bad reviews and Dawn is a busy person and has thousands of cases a lot of times she don’t have time to talk to all her clients but she is for sure doing her job to fight for u… I will recommend her to anyone needing a lawyer… She’s the best lawyer in Lebanon, KY for sure!!!

Please save your money, you’re better off with a public defender. All the good reviews here must be family and friends because she is absolutely the worst attorney I have ever experienced. I personally paid her thousands of dollars and over a two year span I spoke to her maybe 15-20 total,, showed up late for multiple court hearings, and because I was unhappy with her lack of anything on my case she took my money and ran. You will never call her office and speak to same person twice,, I even had to make appointments to have a phone call with her and when I called at appointment time she wasn’t even there. Dawn by far the best, after taking my ex to court, over gaurdianship, of my adult daughter, it has been a long fight, but Dawn got me my daughter back an away from her father, She is hands down the best. Also she treats you like family, an Plays hard and gets the job done, I am not even from marion co. an that is what i liked about her. She is an was in it for what was best for my daughter.
